I learn a lot, while I interacted with customer service agent before, it was different to be on the other side. I dont know how helpfull the course is going to be in my journey but we will see.

Super tedioso, la velocidad de la reproducción de videos y las actividades de repaso, son muy tediosas tardadas y restan interés en continuar el curso.

Modules are way too long. Videos could be longer and cover more information instead of breaking it up into 10+ sections for each module.

hay partes que dice que son opcionales pero al final resulta que las debes hacer o sino no avanzas en tu porcentaje de cumplimiento
