Human Centered Design

Human Centered Design is an approach to problem solving that involves the human perspective in all steps of the process, which includes observation, ideation, concept development and implementation. Coursera's Human Centered Design catalogue teaches you how to develop a deep understanding of the people for whom you're designing products or services.
