Human Centered Design

Human Centered Design is an approach to problem solving that involves the human perspective in all steps of the process, which includes observation, ideation, concept development and implementation. Coursera's Human Centered Design catalogue teaches you how to develop a deep understanding of the people for whom you're designing products or services. You'll learn to generate a variety of ideas, build innovative, effective prototypes, and test your ideas in the real world with actual users. In addition, you will understand how to incorporate feedback and refine your designs, leading to more effective, empathetic and sustainable solutions across a variety of disciplines, whether it be in product design, service design, business or policy.
